PROFILE
He received his doctoral degree in public policy from Indiana University at Bloomington in 2007 after studying public policy, political theory and method, and public management in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs and the Department of Political Science. Before coming to Indiana, he received B.A. and M.A. degrees in public administration from Korea University.

As a statistical software analyst and programmer, he is currently working for the Center for Statistical and Mathematical Computing, Research Technologies Division, the University Information Technology Services (UITS), Indiana University, Indianapolis (IUPUI). His main responsibility is to provide consulting services on statistical and econometric data analysis to faculty, staff, and students.
