The data are per capita numbers of cigarettes smoked (sold) by 43 states and 
the District of Columbia in 1960 together with death rates per 100 thousand population 
from various forms of cancer. Three variables, AREA, SMOKE, and WEST were added to
the original data set in order to categorize states into two groups.

LUNG = Deathes per 100K population from lung cancer 
KIDNEY = Deaths per 100K population from kidney cancer

AREA = 1 (Northwest), 2 (Midwest), 3 (South), and 4(West)
SMOKE = 1 for those whose cigarette consumption is high. Zero otherwise.
